The Brothers Yee is a side project of brothers Billy and Brendan Ryan and P.J. O'Connor from The Bogmen. The Brothers Yee have performed monthly residency at The 11th Street Bar for 14 years. Along with long-time cohort Chris Fischer on bass and Patrick Carmichael on drums, the band uses their gig on every month's 2nd Wednesday to play some of their favorite songs to an appreciative, loyal crowd from the neighborhood. This past January featured a dual tribute to Elvis Presley and David Bowie (as the gig fell on Jan 8, their shared birthday).

The Brothers Yee specialize in meeting the moment, whether that means hastily arranging a Gordon Lightfoot tribute set days after his passing, or one to honor The Bee Gees. Yearly sets honoring The Band and Jerry Garcia are favorites, but it's the Fat Tuesday show that is the most revered.

Featuring the music of some of New Orleans greatest artists (Fats Domino, Lee Dorsey, The Meters, Dr. John, Huey Piano Smith, Ernie K. Doe to name a few), The Brothers Yee Fat Tuesday show is a joyous celebration with a killer horn section and a unique spirit in keeping with the music of New Orleans.
